oh, and I had a post a while back asking if anyone else had heard of a possible squeeze on industrial rents in Sydney…well this report today would indicate that report was on the money, as they have had some hefty rent increases, so far outweighing any drop off in capitalisations due to rising interest rates.

It appears with ongoing development in the industrial buildings, ( let alone the land development), that the new space will help with that interest rate effect also ( I had surmised that earlier, but good to see the proof)"

so I am no Urban property expert at all, but it is incredible how dubious the "professionals" in the share market have been, and mostly how wrong, it appears

So the industrial projects in Sydney are way better than many of us thought possible (or "likely" anyhow)
- I had sold a few of these at high levels as was overweight - bought back on day of report in late Sept- I had not read anything about the stock since then but noticed the continued strength so wanted to see what it was about
