Thank you for bringing my attention to that podcast! Was a great listen this afternoon.
I've always found Lindsey to be exceptionally impressive to listen to his depth of industry knowledge and just general work ethic really shines through.
It's easy to forget but despite all the criticism that the cross shareholding has received over the years we'd be very unlikely to have the big land bank and property portfolio without it.
In a more "conventional" company we'd have sold it off and paid out a once off special dividend.
