Based on my assessment (I had been wrong before!) and given the expected high production volume in 2H 2022FY, I would think that if there is any good time to take out short-term loan, this will be it. Unless he thinks that he is going to need more money (you had just planted a horrible thought in my head!). If so, shareholders will be screwed and I will be very very screwed and kicking myself black and blue and perhaps even thinking of flushing myself down the toilet!!
