It is a can of worms because the study on resources and reserves were not properly done before and so much of the money and resources had gone into infill drillings just to confirm on what is in the ground. If DoubleJay does not deliver, then it has to be due to loose resource and reserve definition.
Obviously the cost is the SP slide and our pockets are gong to hurt. The normal positive quarterly cashflow is not going to be able to lift the SP to meet the expectation of the shareholders. The only venue out of this conundrum is the exploration front. If there is a major hit then SP will move to a decent figure and a rising gold price will certainly push it to a much higher level. I think this is what LJ is banking on. It is a gamble and a lot is riding on it and therefore the urgency to raise capital in order to undertake this exercise.
