ASIC seems to have run out of money to function properly. At least that's what they have telling the press in the last week or so.

ASX is the dog with more teeth. At least they will have to report the proceedings in an announcement and hopefully the company puts out the latest company intentions and methods to employ going forward without going backwards.

Better have some clear answers very soon. The Punters/Investors are losing patience ... big time!
