An Update, Mr. Young Yu, responded to me today advising me all shareholder requests will have to be put to Bevan Tarrat or Matt Foy, which I have tried to do previously.
Anyways I have written back to Young - Given that resolution 2 in the upcoming AGM is to reinstate you as a director, All three of you are responsible for delivering some answers to the market and we deserve answers. Personally I will not sit around much longer without any form of communication to the market. I will be happy to take this up with ASIC and the ASX.
