It clearly sounds like they are not in touch with their JV partners very often.
You would think in a business partnership you would know what you are both doing so you are on the same page in going forward

The MLD deal was done by DST and POW are attempting to get info from DST about it but the person they need to speak with is in transit. They are working on getting clarification and then putting together an announcement.
Mathew was aware of the MLD announcement on 27/1/2020 naming POW but was not aware of the 10/2/2020 announcement giving the breakdown of the share issue. Mathew was not aware of who LKAT are but thinks that they might be Korean.
Makes you wonder what kind of a secretary he is. Not knowing what is going on!

Especially after reading the announcement dated 31 December 2019:
The Company further advises that Mr Matthew Foy has been appointed Non-Executive Director of the Company effective 31 December 2019. Matthew has been Company Secretary of Protean since 2011 has over 12 years’ experience in the securities, finance and mining industry. Matthew has completed a Bachelor of Commence degree at the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow of The Governance Institute of Australia. Matthew has a sound knowledge of ASX corporate governance guidelines, board process and the regulatory environment in which public companies operate.

Doesnt give an investor much faith. If POW are not in touch with their JV partners and the secretary doesnt know the information that they should.

If the company and secretary dont know what is going on, how on earth are we as investors/shareholders expected to get our investment back. They are being paid to run the company and they make sure they spend the companies cash. Yet here we are from a high 15 March 2018 of 0.05¢ to now at 0.004¢ absolute disgrace, with the BoD not seeming to care one bit about the shareholders.

I for one am happy to be involved in getting holders together to submit a form 249d to have the BoD removed.
