If they start announcing stuff after the fact they are fundamentally admitting to t being negligent, ill likely look at some form of legal action because I ended up selling for a huge loss on quite a lot of money. They have a responsibility as a publicly listed company to understand their business, know whats happening in their partnerships and make announcements so the market can make decisions. That why we paid them salaries. Let see what they do, because I am sure it opens the door wide open for litigation.
