They're still quoting the NAV price cum the 21.45c dividend. Presumably the NAV, as of yesterday's closing price, should be quoted ex the dividend (since the shares have been trading ex the dividend since yesterday). Also, the caveat below the price info, still says the shares WILL trade ex dividend from 28 June implying the ex-div date is in the future.
Very misleading imo and could catch some punters out ...
