I have been looking at this as an adjunct to shares in a SMSF. really not more than 90% should be in any one investment.
I see this as an alternative to direct Bonds but pays monthly interest. I am wondering if this is a good investment for people who don’t really want to invest in shares, don’t understand the market but want regular reliable income each month to pay the Bills?
In other words if your 75 want regular monthly income with a defensive bent this type of holding is ideal??
