LIC's often are flat when the market shoots up and again flat when the market falls. (well in a decade + with ARG that has been my experience)interestingly l note that Perpetual may want to demerge its Asset Management Arm? if so l wonder if the management of PIC will be sold? (l am aware that SOL look like they have interest in PPT)
