re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append... There are 2 posibilities the management can do to the buy back.
1)They can wait for few weeks hoping the SP to drop and recommence the buy back at a cheaper price. However, there is risk that the SP will move upwards due to good ANN or accumulation of day traders.
2)They keep buying at the current pace to ensure the SP is less volatile so that they don't have to overpay later.
To be safe, it looks like they are sticking to option 2 ATM.
