re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append... Buy-back happening at 20 cents. But the remaining shares (on the buyback programme) are only $120k worth (aprox) so the floor is there for now - unless someone (a larger holder) is a long-term bear.

CIX has had a bad run lately - not of their own making, and primarily weather related. Can't honestly see this sort of bad luck lasting too long - and eventually, with the COR below 100, CIX will start making profits.

Should yield 5% within a year, and given the outlook (and the sector metrics) it appears undervalued at its current level. IMO probably worth a punt.
