Well Chris, as you know, assessment of IV is a subjective thing and I base mine on the NPV of my estimate of future cash flows.
The DA market is now maturing and my feel is that FSA aren't holding their market share under competition from My Budget etc. plus, one would presume that with personal debt levels falling the quantum of DA services will fall too.
On the mortgage side, competition is fierce and FSA book is static. Then , for four years I have seen FSA talk about "new products"...but nothing eventuates.
Add to this a tight register and a smallish MC that won't really attract insto dollars and I just feel this is overpriced. But, true, that's just my opinion...you may see it differently. I'm not prepared to pay much over 60c for it.
