Fundamentals aren't clearly helping the sp, crucifying it trying to get shares as low as possible will help buyer confidence ;)
BTW I never said chase the sellers, I thought the intent of this was to show confidence in the stock itself. They can buy at max 13, but feel it's too high. I guess fundamentals will kick in after 12 months when this buying is done with. Assume no announcements for 12 months as that will screw the buy back max limit
