Cape Lambert Project, Australia: As at the end of the Reporting Period, the Company endeavThe Group'sed to seek appropriate strategic investors and conducted daily maintenance for the mining rights. For the disputes in relation to the final tranche of AUD$80.00 million of the project, pursuant to the arbitration of the Arbitration Centre in Singapore, the Group transferred the final tranche of AUD$80.00 million to a joint account of both parties on 22 November 2013. It is estimated that the arbitral decision will be made in late July 2014.
