Some large holders are obviously getting out and I think that the Buy Back is providing these people with a get out opportunity without driving the price right down.
In my opinion I doubt the price would be where it is without the Buy Back. In my opinion, the Buy Back is holding the price down and not holding it up.
Money would have been better spent getting bank interest.
