Not sure what happened there...
Basically I dispute that KAR should pay a divie - if they really want to spend 100m on capital management (I'd hope they spend more like half this) then a buy back around $4 given teh last CR at $5.10 seems much smarter. If they hadn't stuffed up Grace then I'd be saying well done management.
