The buy-back has been very ineffective, we are still hitting new lows....
Why don't they just put a floor on this stock, sellers are lining up and will continue to do so..
SP is only going to get worse if they are telling us we have to wait till mid next year for confirmation, which will probably be delayed again anyway.
