It will interesting to watch how they handle the release of any bad news. To date they have relied on generalized statements about the decline in market condiitons. I hope they are taking the right advice as it can be easy for consturction businesses to come unstuck. I agree that forward occupancy and valuation of the village will be an ongoing risk item, also any problem jobs they may hit in a tight market.
