You may be right regarding limits or %. My broker has told me on at least two occasions that there may well be cash returned to shareholders, how much and to whom I do not know. I have sold out of this Company believing that the drill holes off Vietnam were our last hurrah. The current BoD has done nothing to convince me otherwise... I have moved on....
