    Understanding that the price paid by the company determines whether buybacks are good or bad (For those who do not sell ) How do holders consider RCR are doing with this strategy?

    This Ann lists the price range paid
    Jan 12 as $2.40 and July 8 as 1.58.5
    The first Ann on buybacks lists the price range paid
    Jan 12 $2.40 and 30 Dec 14 $2.10

    And a price range is given for the "previous day" ?
    $1.74.5 - 1.67
    I would welcome any insights on the figures in this Ann.
