I think you might find its the other way around, NMT anounced that they wanted to sell their shareholding and Gangfeng and MIN had first rights to buy the shareholding within a set amount of time, Gangfeng would of announced the situation to their shareholders, both have declined to buy and now NMT can sell to a third party for the same amount as announced or higher.
