The last company ann about the sale is dated 26/4/2017 and it says that they have 60 days from the date to dispose the remaining 13.8% of RIM. The end of the 60 days is approaching, approximately 26/6/2017 (Monday).
It is only less than 3 weeks to go. Either outcome (sale occurred or not), theoretically we would want to finalise the buy-back by then, as they wouldn't know which direction the sp would go.
