I understand what you say here and i hold and am under water and can offer no consolation.
BUT..
If someone was to buy today they dont need to worry about recouping 50% from the last three years.
They are getting ALF at a decent discount to NTA.
The directors have been topping up their holdings .
The company is buying back and cancelling shares so increasing the NTA.
I was going to sell off some of my dearer parcel for tax reasons but found some rubbish elsewhere and very tempted to get more at $1.01.I will consider it today.
