Why not except the simple answer rather than continue to say you don't understand why they took so long to start up this buy back.The simple answer is they obviously wanted more cash in the bank prior to starting.....more than likely a dividend from BT mining which are large and only twice a year.
I can not think of a better way for the company to spend my money if they are able to buy back shares for less than 14-15cps
