I haven’t done enough analysis to say what’s the right price to buy for BB, but if the company have enough cash, they can chose between paying down debt or buying back equity. All money to the company comes with a cost - debt you pay interest, equity you pay dividends, so it’s better to buy back equity at a lower price, if the company has spare cash.
