More evidence of the hopeless management of the share buy back scheme.

Only buying 30,000 shares on a day when over 300,000 shares traded with the SP falling to a 52 week low.

What the hell was VLW management doing the day before when another 300,000 shares were traded and not one share purchased under the buy back scheme.

This is the most inept buy back strategy I have ever seen.

VLW must either step up with confidence or stand out of the way and wait for the bottom to be formed.

I urge other shareholders to contact VLW investor relations about this poorly managed scheme.
