Now we are talking!1 million shares buyback when the market only traded 2.1 million. This is something they should have done several weeks back when the share price was even lower.
I hope they continue to buy at this new rate of 1 million shares; they are way behind their target even if they buy 1 million a day for the rest of the year. Frankly, with met coal prices so high...and getting ever higher by the day, BRL must be getting even more cash than they thought possible. Just the extra cash from the higher prices will be more than enough of pay for the 75 million shares at 15 cents that they are supposed to buy.
