Got to love the hubris of Genesis Energy. Here is a tall claim that company made just 3 years back.

So all it took was a little drought, a lack of natural gas supply and presto...and Genesis is desperately importing coal from Indonesia? Don't they feel ashamed for telling lies? Whatever happened to "80% of of its electricity coming from renewable sources in 2014 thanks to huge expansion in geothermal"?
I guess everyone has a price...and "Pure New Zealand" sounds more like "Poor NZ" for having to import the "poor man's fuel". Snicker snicker!
