So at some point today we will pass point where one third of the buy back is complete. I still believe the best case scenario is something approximating two thirds completion by the anniversary date at which point they can either call it complete or allow it to become a fixture. You can draw your own conclusions from either outcome.

Also a third ship for April has appeared on the horizon. A great start to the final qrtr to cap of a great year overall.

The cash concerns of the Court Case, JAL and to a lesser degree the (slightly unknowns of the) Solid Energy performance payback should very soon not be so concerning to the market.
