It is fairly routine not to action the buy-back two trading days either side of the quarterly, half year & annual report releases - this is to let the market see and absorp these reports.
It will be interesting to see if they bought shares today - maybe they bought the 546,943 parcel @ 14c that was traded in the 4:10pm matching period that I thought was a strange trade.
