It appears that the buybacks pick up when the shares are in serious danger of falling down significantly in price. Today, there are already 1.8 million shares on the offer at 13.5 cents, barely 636,000 on the bid at 13 cents. So if my thesis is right, you should expect to see a big buyback of shares in tomorrow's announcement.

In any case, all their waffling in buybacks has convinced the market that they can't be trusted. So I now expect the stock price to head down to 13 cents and lower. Their buyback credibility has been totally shot to pieces and sellers will sell into ANY significant size at bid.
