Well the share buyback would fail if it wasn’t a moving price no? As soon as it went up a little, they can’t buy and then there’s still a flood of shares on the market. Hopefully they start to creep up into the 30s before the buyback is complete.
once again, not major, but it’s a start. It’s a long road ahead. I’m really waiting to see if these resolutions get knocked back (or pass).
