Exactly. If they buy in the closing auction then they can force the price higher and after a few days the VWAP will go up and they will be able to buy higher. There's no point buying through the day to allow someone to sell it down on the close. It might take 6 -8 weeks but they should be able to close the gap between the NTA & SP.
