They are increasing stake in their own (MMJ) shares, resulting the SP to increase. This is much where all the money in the cash reserve is invested into MMJ Group Holdings Limited to maximise shareholder returns. In other words, MMJ is literally buying themselves. Also, this process has only started with the remaining 9.3 million blocks left as an aim to be able to fill the gap between the NTA and the current price. The higher the stake, the greater the company control over other shareholders.
