diversification is the key, it took me 20yrs to figure this out, that's why im looking at the like of VAP the property ETF that holds VCX as well, never put all your eggs in one basket, look I could be completely wrong on VCX and it could end up like that big property company a few yrs ago that went belly up, forget its name, stock went from $8 to 1c because it had too much debt and bought crappy shopping centres, CENTRO, lol that's the one.
