    Good points all last 3 posts. Just to clarify my post earlier about preferring the structure I just had in my mind at the time the debate of closed end vs open end.

    In terms of how it is a LIT compared to LIC structure yeah maybe that is a big factor why it is trading near the discount wides, yet many LICs have seen their discount contract a lot in the last 6 months.
