Its nice when you have the financial resources available to buy back your own shares the moment you have a major shareholder that wants out. By my rough calculations the current market capitalisation is less than the value of their net financial assets which is primary made up of gold at the Perth Mint.
This makes buying back your own shares a pretty good option.
