I don't get why people are selling into the buyback.

The major shareholder isn't selling into it, so that would confirm that the expectation is that the SP is going to go higher.

All that they are doing is stalling the rise in the SP.

CDD can buyback at $0.76/share so why are they selling at less than that????

Wake up to yourselves and hold off for the SP to rise!
