To get full control they need 90% to enable compulsory acquisition of the remainder.
On 28 Oct 2020 they held 57.17%.
At last close they held 58.55%.
So they increased their holdings by 2.22%.
Look at what's happened to the share price over the same period -- up from 28.5c to 70.5c.
That a 147% increase.
I'm not concerned about missing out on a control premium. It will be hefty.
