went thru a bunch of asx rules today on this as i though a compulsory acquisition was likely given the sub holder is now thru 90%, law states they can’t compulsory acquire for less than asset backing, fully diluted thats around 54c or so.. started nibbling today based on this.
do your own research and double check as i could be wrong, not advice and in my opinion rather risky given the liquidity of zeta (seems to be a common theme with their investments also).
all that aside seems cheap
