''From 1 January 2011 listed companies are required under ASX Listing Rule 12.9 to adopt a trading policy.''
So I think companies that are required to have their trading policies will only need to communicate to their directors and senior staff. So maybe difficult to find out.
But the blackout period is only for persons (key managerment personnels and senior staff) I think?
Not for the companies themselves.
