I wonder what Steve will use the funds for when MAI and some of his other choice picks have been taken over ? Theoretically he will be flush with cash and obvious share picks (in Australia anyway) are not exactly jumping out of their skins in terms of value. I saw the graph the other day of FOR profit and performance figures. Delighted that this past year has been a record and brought the SP back to life, but not happy that the SP and performance figures have been so lumpy ! Long term holders will do OK with FOR, but they will need to be long term to reap the benefit of any SP appreciation, cause they sure wouldn’t have for the two years previous to that !
