I've been holding these guys for 7 odd years, still under water share price wise, however when you add back dividends paid in that time not too bad. I would like to see them push back to the $1.40-$1.45 level and raise the dividend pay outs back to previous levels too, they used to be a grossed up yield of around 10%. Im just thankful they I averaged in around the $.85 level to bring my base cost down a little.
