Buy-back are for long term return for holders when the price is rising as they are less available not he market causing scarcity.
The pattern is the same with dumping in the morning and then it abounding. Some big groups playing games trying to forces stop-losses maybe to get a better price.
S32 is well placed as a company going forward and some would argue that these prices good value. DYOR.
