At what point, and over what red line, do the Directors and major holders of this company step in? !!
It seems we're now in a death spiral caused by poor decision making at the top.
Stop the buy-backs, stop paying top dollar premiums for 'strategic investments' in competitors, sack the CEO and start acting in the best interests of shareholders, employees and clients again!
This company has completely lost the focus on its bread & butter business imo
