    i think your right they said to me in an email that they intended to buy it like this .I can't understand this companies logic .Are they setting themselves up for a cheap take over with 47 mil in the bank.This would be a cheap acquisition.
    Why not get the price up keeping shareholders happy plus give them a higher market cap easier to get finance to expand.
