Most would rather get access to the final product rather than own the cows and property and have to deal with the risks ,climate change,disease,animal rights etc.. Still i would imagine plenty of farmers would be sellers rather than spending a lot of money on upgrading to fully automated systems. Super funds may take an interest i would imagine.
