This higher-grade fresh rock dirt has already been through the mill.
GNR Engineering spec sheet recommended the addition of a ball mill to improve recoveries rates from the fresh rock section of the Gilbeys deposit.
This recommendation was ignored largely due to the hand to mouth nature of Gascoyne's struggling ops.
If the ball mill had been installed as per recommendation the recovery issues would have been a moot point.
